The salesmen sold my grey haired mother a lesser vehicle than the one she traded in. And then blew me off repeatedly when i realized the old vehicle's loan was never paid off. After way too many phone calls, emails, and weeks, he finally realized the mistake and took no responsibility, not to mention, spouted off how he was "helping" me. That is not "helping" a customer when it is your 3 week long screw up thst you don't take responsibility for. the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the manager wrote a nice email when we complained.
Great dodge dealership. Staff and sales are friendly, the beat part they don't breathe down ur neck when looking around. Come here for oil changes, and maintenance. Would rather go here where people are knowledgeable on your specific vehicle, so i know the inspection is done right. No complaints what so ever with the dealership.
