Great service. Rented three cars so far and even when I messed up my reservation he fixed it right away and got me in a car and to to my business meeting on time.
I contacted the location to discuss an issue with my billing, I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and no one EVER picked up! No "extra mile" here and obviously not "standing by" as their message repeats over and over and over again!

Went to this location the day of a car accident to retrieve my rental pick up car. I'm new to the area, having just moved here from Portland, OR to be closer to family. I went to this location to pick up the rental car that was arranged for me by my insurance company, and was laughed at by the manager of this location for having an out of state ID. He refused me the rental and insulted me for not having gotten and Indiana ID yet, even though I've only been here a few weeks. When I told him I had "just moved here" he laughed, and told me "then you should have JUST gotten an id." He was rude, unbelievably inconsiderate and spoke to me like a child. Had he explained this in a kind way, I would have perhaps forgiven the policy, but he literally laughed in my face and spoke in such a condescending tone that even my grandmother was offended. I went to the location in Merrillville immediately afterward and was treated so kindly. I will never give this man my business. Gladly, he told me that he also runs the branch in Lowell, so I now know to never patronize that location either.
